If this Mustang cross (?) gelding could talk he would have some stories to tell. We don't usually see horses in Ohio with their ears frostbitten off. It's more of an out west thing. This guy reminds me of Lucky, the Mustang. Ears frozen off, face scars, a torn lip that makes him look like he's smiling and he's still a pleasant guy to be around. For as tough as life as been for this horse, CHC is glad we were able to step in and offer him a different ending than slaughter. More photos and video to come as we are working with him.
